Announcement - Maxis Planned Downtime Notification for MPG/BMG/EWIG - 14th August 2015


Dear Valued Customers,

Kindly be informed that ECP/BMG services by Maxis will be unavailable as per below details:

Duration: 6:00 hrs
14th August 2015
2:00AM ~ 8:00AM GMT +8

Impact to users:
  1. SMS/MMS MO will not be delivered to Content provider.
  2. SMS/MMS MT will not be delivered to Maxis users.
  3. SMS/MMS DN(Delivery Notification) will not be delivered to Content provider.
  4. EWIG charging will not available.
  5. BMG ECP/CRM portals will not be available
  6. USSD system will not be able to do charging.
