Please be informed that there will be a planned system maintenance by DiGi that will be carried out during this time:

Activity: LG220 Patch Installation ON NGBSS (CRQ000000235763)
Impact:
1) For GPRS, SMS, MMS, UCB, CPA, VOICE service, there will be intermittent interruption for 30mins
2) During CBP module restart, offering subscription, renewal, query balance and voucher reload will be not available, the duration will be 15mins (3PP service to be halt before the CBP restart)
3) CRM GUI not available for 1 hour during CRM restarts.
4) All File for LBI and BI will be delay.
